We are aware you may have questions related to our products and services therefore, we have consolidated our answers for the frequently asked questions.

How long does it takes to process an order?
- Once you placed your order with us, it will take 1-3 business days for an order to be processed and dispatched.
- If you are customizing your own design, do note that it will take up to 7 business days.
- Kindly note that during peak periods / high volume of orders, the duration required will be longer than usual.
- Do contact us in advance before placing your order if you are urgent so that we can advise you.
Can I add more items to my current order once submitted?
- We do understand that sometimes you may have miss out adding certain items or would like to purchase more products from Printables, however, once your order is submitted we are unable to change it even if you just submitted.
- If you would like to purchase more, we would recommend you to place in a brand new separate order.
Can I cancel my order once payment has been made?
- If you would like to cancel an order that is made within 24 hours of purchase, kindly email us at hello@printables.sg
with your order details. - Do note that cancellation is subjected to approval, if your order has already been processed, we will not be able to
cancel the order. - We recommend you to call us immediately to avoid situation whereby your order has already been processed.
- For all cancellation order, we will not refund the fees charges by our 3rd party payment methods.
Can I make any changes to the order once submitted?
- Printables are unable to make any changes to your order once submitted.
- However, an alternative options - You may be able to cancel the order and place a new order instead.
(Kindly Note: *This is only applicable for order that has not been processed.
What payment methods do Printables accepts?
- We currently accept PayPal, Credit and Debit cards payment.
What do I do if I receive the product in damaged condition?
- We sincerely apologize that you did not manage to received the items in good conditions.
- Kindly take a picture of the damaged products, indicate your order details and send it to hello@printables.sg and our team would love to assist you further.
Can I do an exchanged of product once I received the order?
- Printables will not be able to do an exchange of product once you received the order.
- However, in the event if Printables send you the wrong order, do contact us at hello@printables.sg with your order details and we would be glad to assist you further. We apologize for the wrong order that was sent to you.
Can I request for a refund once I received?
- Refund will only be applicable if the terms and conditions for refund policy met.
- For more information, you can refer our "Shipping & Returns" policy or you may also contact us directly at hello@printables.sg.
What is the requirement needed for customization of Printables Product?
If you are printing our own design, kindly ensure you email us at hello@printables.sg with the following information below:
- Your order details
- The file you would like us to print (Format: PDF or working file - High Resolution Required)
- Specific dimension - Refer to the product details.
- Any other requirement you need us to take note.
Can I customize printing products that is not shown in Printables website?
- Yes, we can customize printing products, kindly contact us direct at (+65) 9272 2233 or you can email us at hello@printables.sg.
- If you submitting via our contact form, kindly indicate the details for your customization so that we can assist you further with your customization requirement.
Do you provide designing serivce for customization of products?
Yes, you can drop us an email at hello@printables.sg with your requirement and we will discuss further with you on the pricing and whether we are able to do the design for you.

- Duration of the designing will take 3 business days onward depending on your project requirement.
Do Printables ship internationally?
- Yes,Printables ship worldwide. Please ensure you key in the correct address and select your shipping method accordingly.
How can I track my order?
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number to track your parcel.
- Kindly email us at hello@printables.sg if you did not receive your tracking number within 3 business days after you placed your order and up to 7 business days for customizing products.
I still haven't receive my order, what should I do?
- You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched, you can use the tracking number to trace where is the parcel.
- If there is a long delay and no updates, kindly contact the postal service that is handling your order and provide them your tracking number for them to investigate it further.
- Alternatively, kindly provide us your order number and the tracking number at hello@printables.sg and our team will be glad to assist you further.
What should I do if there is missing items in my order delivery?
- Kindly email us at hello@printables.sg with your order number and provide us the items missing from your delivery and we will track it with our system to verify.
- Once verified, we will advise you further. Printables will contact our customer in advance when we are shipping out partial delivery.
Will I be charged for custom tax? If yes, how much will it be?
- Overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed depending on your destination.
- Unless otherwise stated, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed.
- Printables will not be paying for any custom tax or other related fees.
- For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly.
Can I change my delivery address after I placed the order?
- Kindly contact us at (+65) 9272 2233 or email us at hello@printables.sg as soon as you would like to make changes to your current address stated.
- If your order has not been dispatched, we will be glad to assist you with the changes and update to the new address.
- However, in the event if your order has been dispatched, we will not be able to make any changes.
Do Printables offers corporate discount?
